MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Kamiah Fire-Rescue is to provide protection of life, property, and the environment from the effects of fires, medical emergencies, and hazards. We engage the community in our mission through community risk reduction and progressive community outreach. We will maintain a constant state of readiness to respond to all requests for services through training, maintenance of equipment, and a desire to serve our community.

An organization committed to the future of the Upper Clearwater Valley in its desire to succeed, lead, and be on point for the well-being of the area we serve.   We will strive to enhance public safety and support quality of life through direct immersion in our communities, effectively blending outreach and education, and by leveraging our career and volunteer workforce to deliver exceptional services and improve our resiliency to meet increased challenges.
