For all of our residents and community members that utilize Bank Bill Pay that system has been restored. You will need to go back in and set it back up. The city does apologize for the inconvenience but this is a financial processing system that the city does not manage. As a reminder you will need to use your Web ID # that can be found on the righthand portion of your Utility Bill Card. The Web ID Number is the number that you use when asked for an account number as you set up Bank Bill Pay.
