Mayor Heater called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM

Pledge of Allegiance
Motion to Approve Agenda was made by Council President Genese Simler and seconded by Council Member James Kelly. Roll Call Vote: Genese Simler aye, James Kelly aye, Scott Moffett aye, Kaylee Hunt aye.
Public Comments: There were no public comments
Discussion Items:
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday the Mayor and Council have decided to cancel the meeting scheduled the day before Thanksgiving. Motion to approve the cancelation of the meeting scheduled for November 23 was made by Council Member James Kelly and seconded by Council Member Kaylee Hunt. Roll Call Vote: Genese Simler aye, James Kelly aye, Scott Moffett aye, Kaylee Hunt aye.
Intern Fire Chief, Jared Silvis signed a 3-month contract which expires on November 21st, 2022. We have asked the Council to extend Jared’s contract an additional 3 months due to Chief’s Arsenault’s injuries. Motion to approve Jared Silvis’ contract until February 21st, 2023, was made by Council President Genese Simler and seconded by Council Member James Kelly. Roll Call Vote: Genese Simler aye, James Kelly aye, Scott Kelly aye, Kaylee Hunt aye.
Discuss-Approve Annual Christmas Parade on Main Street, December 2nd ,2022 starting at 6PM. Motion to approve the parade was made by Council Member Kaylee Hunt and seconded by Council Member Scott Moffett. Roll Call Vote: Genese Simler aye, James Kelly aye, Scott Moffett aye, Kaylee Hunt aye.
Discuss a date for the 2nd annual City of Kamiah - Kamiah Fire & Rescue Christmas Party. It was decided that Friday December 16th would be the best date. No motion was made.
