*The Nez Perce Tribe will be conducting both the meeting and the activities for which the meeting is being held.
A public open house will be held at January 20, 2026 in the Tribal Water Resources Conference Room, 114 Veterans Dr. Lapwai, Idaho regarding potential abatement of hazardous building materials such as asbestos at the former Blue North Mill. Topics to be covered in the meeting are listed below:

These draft documents are also available through the Nez Perce Tribe’s Water Resources Division at their brownfields public records page (https://www.nptwaterresources.org/brownfields-tribal-response-program/brownfields-public-record/)
The Nez Perce Tribe will accept comments on the draft ABCA at the January 20, 2026 public meeting or via email to the Tribal Response Program manager, Trent Bodily (tbodily@nezperce.org) from January 14-22, 2026.
