Many of our residents who use Bank Bill Pay may have received a message that changes were made by the city resulting in the need to reset your Bank Bill Pay to the City of Kamiah.
The vendor providing service to the city that facilitates this process had a network interruption that they are working diligently to restore.
Please wait for further notification from the city to reset your Bank Bill Pay. The City of Kamiah will provide notification once the system has been fully restored.
Despite the message that many received stating the city had made changes that interrupted Bank Bill Pay please be assured that was not the case.
Freedom Northwest Credit Union and all other financial institutions also played no part in any changes affecting the Bank Bill Pay process.
The City of Kamiah would like to take this opportunity to thank Freedom Northwest Credit Union, its CEO, and their IT staff for helping the city in its process of elimination to understand the cause of the Bank Bill Pay service interruption.
To all our residents, the City of Kamiah apologizes for the inconvenience the interruption in service may have caused. Bank Bill Pay will be restored soon, and the city will be sending out a message as soon as it is up and running.
